Round and full-bodied, this Pai Mu Tan white Tea has a slightly pale cup with a fresh floral aroma and a smooth velvety flavor. Pai Mu Tan leaves are plucked from a special varietal tea bush called Narcissus or chaicha bushes. The leaves are not steamed or pan-fired as with green teas, but are naturally withered and dried in the sun. This treatment produces a pure and natural cup of tea.
